Wireless internet , HD TV with premium HD satellite, washer and dryer.

Security and Pet Deposit required. Persons with cat allergies beware, we have cats.

• Deposits: Credit Card number will secure reservation then security deposit of $1000.00 & a cleaning fee of $200.00 plus 50 % of rental amount and signed rental agreement due within two weeks of making reservations, balance due 30 days before arrival. Security deposit less 7.25% lodging tax and cleaning fee will be refunded within 21 days of departure date after premises have been inspected. If contract is cancelled, refund will be less 25% of total contract.
