Waterfront. Waterfront. Waterfront. Living room windows have sweeping vista across a tidal bay. This nicely well-maintained, unique house has more than ample space for a single person or couple. Kitchen is nothing fancy, but functional. Bathroom is shower only. Carport/garage. Handicap ramp. Casual fishing from short dock.
If you think it would be wonderful to see herons, egrets, pelicans and osprey every time you look out the windows (and once in a while a pod of porpoises, too!), this could be just the place for you. With Southern exposure, winter sunsets can be memorable.
County requires 12&1/2% short term rental tax. (Sorry about that!) Non-smokers. And, sorry, but no pets.
NOTE: A couple considering buying home or condo in Central Florida while real estate prices are low would find this an ideal base for looking at properties.
