Newly remodeled 3bdrm duplex style home. WALK TO BEACH! 1/4 MILE WALK FROM THE HOUSE! Wonderful choice of restaurants within a 5 mile radius. Take your family to Nantucket/Martha's Vinyard-the ferry is available within a 10 minute drive. Wonderful choice for people who wish to share a vacation with multiple families & friends. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, open the doors and windows and you will enjoy Atlantic Ocean breezes-No need for air-conditioning! Both sides are available for your vacation pleasure! ENJOY THE NEW DECK WITH WICKER FURNITURE/ROCKING CHAIRS! Town owned park across the street for children to bike, play frisbee and wiffle ball. The home is clean, simply and tastefully furnished-new pillows and mattress covers have been provided. The location of the home is "OUTSTANDING"-close to beaches, stores, restaurants, etc. Great area to walk and ride bikes. New windows installed in the entire house May 2008. The house will be cleaned by a professional service prior to your arrival. We are currently booking reservations for summer of 2009! Please inform us of any weeks you are interested in, inquires are coming in fast since Christmas and we would love to help you with your summer plans.

The place was as advertised. It is in a really convenient location to walk to the beach and several restaurants and taverns. A bonus is that the Sundae School ice cream place is a short walk too. Very clean and kept cool on warmest days in the 90's with nice breezes and ceiling fans. Nice deck in front with nice furniture. Beds were comfortable. The only downside is that it is on a busy street. I met the owner and he is a very nice guy. Great value.

My family & I had a wonderful, relaxing time at this well-equipped home. It was so easy to reach the owner when needed and he was very accommodating. We loved the proximity to the ocean and lots of restaurants and ice cream shops. The parking lot across from the property was ideal for the kids bike riding. Overall I would highly recommend this fine vacation home.

This home is immaculate and has all the ammenities you need. Beautifully furnished and the owners are very accomodating to their renters. A wonderful place to stay!
