The interior design is composed of stunning Santos Mahogany Hardwood Floors, Black Granite Counters, and continuous 10ft tall windows overlooking denver Downtown to the East and the mountains to the West.

The Glass House is directly adjacent to the Platte River with a small beach area and plenty of green space. Two blocks away one can find numerous shopping opportunities up and down 16th street. For those coming to ski, the property is just steps away from Union Station where the ski train leaves for Winter Park Resort every morning for a relaxing beautiful trip through the rockies up the the fresh snow! - Other Fees: One-time $75 cleaning fee. Additional cleanings may be available at the expense of the renter.
