TOPS'L BEACH AND RACQUET RESORT. Located on 52 acres surrounded by sugar-white sands, emerald green waters and a nature preserve. Ranked by TENNIS MAGAZINE as "A Top 50 U.S. Tennis Resort" and a "Top 5 U.S. Doubles Resort, and ranked in the top ten tennis resorts on tennisresortsonlinecom.

KIDS' KLUB. Kids' activities are available to guests ages 5-12 and include pool games, beach olympics, treasure hunts, snorkeling, sand sculpting, eco-tours, paint-your-own pottery, gooey dessert contests and kid's night out to give parents the evening to themselves. Kid's Klub is typically held during spring break periods and all summer long (Memorial Day through Labor Day). Hours are generally Monday through Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm (ages 5 - 12); and Kids' Night Out 2 - 3 times a week, 6:00 - 9:00pm (ages 4 - 12).

The best review I can give is a quote from my 10 year old little boy...."Mom, we have to come back here next Spring Break and stay at the same place!! It is AWESOME! Can we reserver it now?" The beaches are wonderful and the accommodations, beautiful. I would highly recommend the Summit.

We couldn't be more thrilled with how our vacation went at The Summit...We had excellent treatment and loved the condo! Finding this condo for us really was the catch of the day and year! So thanks to Mary for providing us with accurate information and truly helping us have a great vacation!
