The home contains 3 bedrooms (four including a walkout office), two with an attached bath, one with a powder room, and the office with a shower/sauna/lavatory combination, and can sleep a minimum of 12 guests. It also contains a game room with a combination pool and ping-pong table, satellite TV, and Play Station 2. In addition, there is a dedicated theater room (usable as a bedroom) with flexible seating for 12 to view high definition Blu Ray, DVD or Direct TV on a spectacular 10+ foot screen. A high-speed internet connection by satellite accessed via Wi-Fi is provided, as is free local and domestic long distance phone service. Exercise room with Total Gym, Nordic Track, and recumbent bike is available. There are full laundry facilities on the main level. The great room features air conditioning and a gas fireplace. A deck overlooking the water offers a propane grill and outdoor dining for 6. There is also a heated and attached garage.
