This rental vacation home, is half of a duplex on 2.5 acres on U.S. Highway 160, 2.5 miles east of Durango with a nice view of the La Plata Mountain Range. The home has a large deck on 3 sides with a nice yard. It is a large home with large rooms and is fully furnished, ready for you to move in with your clothes and food. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and 2 pool tables. There are 2 propane BBQs, several patio chairs and 2 patio tables on the deck.

It is a great place for a family reunion or birthday or anniversary gathering. There are numerous activities in the area in which to participate or many sites to see.

Area Description

There are 3 large recreation lakes nearby for boating and fishing. Durango has the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad which is a famous tourist attraction. Durango has many sporting activities, golf, kayaking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, rodeo events, skiing, sledding, horseback riding, sleigh ridingand also a recreation center with 3 swimming pools. The entrance to Mesa Verde National Park with its cliff dwellings is less than an hour away. There is an Indian Casino in Ignacio just 16 miles from Durango.
