Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bathroom Contemporary with Central Air, two fireplaces and a heated pool is in walking distance from Three Mile Harbor. The tranquil private lot is beautifully landscaped with ample flower-gardens and has several decks on two levels and a bluestone terrace by the 20x50 gunite pool.
The open plan living/dining area on the second floor is comfortably furnished and decorated with contemporary art. It opens on two sides to a large deck which overlooks the treetops of a nearby reserve.A charming glassed-in Sunroom was recently added to the house.
Bathrooms have been completely renovated in November 2007.
