Newer cabin located in a gated community just an hour north of Atlanta, nestled in the north Georgia Mountains, is comfortably outfitted for your vacation needs. Community (Coosawattee River Resort) offers heated Olympic sized swimming pool, tennis courts, miniature golf, large workout area, the Coosawattee river runs through the community iwth tubing and kayaking available and is very accessable to all that would like to enjoy what the river has to offer. The resort has a large stocked fihing pond for the guests.

Ellijay is the apple capital and mountain bike capital of Georgia. You will find many nearby hiking and biking trails for the outdoor enthusiastic.

 Cute Little Cabin, December 6, 2008

This little cabin is wonderful. We just love the loft area. So warm and cozy. The fireplace heats up the whole cabin making it romantic. Extremely relaxing and stress free right down to the deer that came to visit us one night in the front of the cabin. The town has everything you could possibly need while there. It's just a great place. There will definitely be a next time and I would recommend it to everyone.

This cabin offers everything the owner lists and more! You literally need to bring clothes and, if you don't want to eat out every night, some food!! I will never stay in another hotel again. I cannot say enough how pleased I was with the cabin...the price, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the owners (and how promptly e-mails were returned) and the manner in which the owners made us feel welcome at the cabin (the last one is a surprise!). We were able to catch the leaves changing colors, the weather was BEAUTIFUL, and we saw the wonderful waterfalls that north GA has to offer. I am not one that usually writes reviews, even if my intentions are to do so! However, I really do think this is such a great place to take your family or significant other!
