Cozy chalet at the base of Alyeska Resort. Completely furnished. Living room with fireplace opens to large deck. The two bedrooms offer one queen and one full-sized bed, with an additional loft area. Kitchen, washer/dryer.
Area Description
Alyeska Resort operates year-round. In summer the chalet is a central location for Chugach National Forest as well as the Kenai Peninsula. There are many hiking and mountain biking trails in the area. Leave the chalet and hike or bike 2 blocks to the closest trail. Many other trailheads are along the Seward Highway. The tram operates all summer to provide access to the upper mountain at Alyeska. Whittier, 20 miles to the south, offers tours, sea kayaking and fishing on Prince William Sound.
