Gorgeous, Brand New 2 bedroom + den, 2,100 sq. ft. home at "The Preserve" in Palm Valley over looks #2 and #3 greens and a sparkling lake on the golf course.
Beautifully appointed with all new furnishings and appliances, You'll enjoy cooking or entertaining in the gourmet kitchen complete with everything you would need to prepare a feast. Granite counter tops, mosaic inlay and tile flooring add a touch of elegeance.
Escape the cold winter and relax in the warmth of the South West Sun. Not just for golfers, this spectacular location offers activities for eveyone of all ages.
Take a siesta in the luxurious Master Bedroom with 12 ft. ceilings or unwind with a foaming bubble bath in the soaker tub. You'll have plenty of space and privacy in the large ensuite with double sinks, private vanity, jetted soaker tub, separate sinks & shower.
