The Greater Greensboro Area is the epicenter of the Piedmont Triad - a dynamically growing, beautiful place to visit on vacation, live fulltime or keep a second home for those who flee from northern winters! Wonderful cultural and natural delights abound in this area, plus you have easy access to the Appalachian Mountains and the Coast of North Carolina. Fine restaurants, world class golfing, ACC sports, the International Home Furnishings Market and The Eastern Music Festival.

We are home to several outstanding Universities and Colleges - this area offers world class musical events (such as The Eastern Music Festival at Guilford College.)

Greensboro's history includes a pivotal site in the dawn of the Civil Rights Movement in America. The original downtown Woolworth's lunch counter is now in the process of becoming a civil rights museum.

Greensboro's downtown district is experiencing a renaissance and is quite a lively place for music, food, galleries, etc, especially on the weekends. Our property is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Greensboro (yet a world away!)

• Check In: 6 p.m.
   
• Check Out: 12 a.m.
   
• Required Stay: Our minimum rental period is one week. If guests choose to rent for fewer days, the rate is still a one-week rental minimum.
   
• Deposits: If staying one week, then refundable security deposit is equivalent to the weekly rate. (For stays 2-3 weeks we charge a security deposit equivalent to the rent.) If staying a month or longer, the refundable security deposit is equivalent to the monthly rate.
   
• Other Fees: The cleaning fee of $75 for a one week (the minimum) stay. Tenancy exceeding one week requires a $150 cleaning fee at the end of tenancy and requires the occupant(s) to contract for a weekly professional cleaning. (We charge a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
