This is a secure gated community, with private garage, at the Villas at Legacy in Gulfport across from the Gulf and minutes from: Biloxi casinos, shopping, sandy beaches, deep sea fishing, unique restaurants, and golfing. This condo has brand new furniture with all amenities including LCD flat screen TV. Two fountain swimming pools, hot tubs and gas barbecue grills. A fitness center and screened grill room are located in the club house with video viewing of child play room. Business center, computer, and meeting rooms are available.
All utilities, cable, local phone, and HOA's are included in rent. Monthly or longer term arrangements are available. Long term (4 months or more) is $1,425/month. Short term is $1,525/month (less than 4 months)

The Great Southern Golf Course is next door (there are 20 championship golf courses in the areas). The Beau Rivage and other casinos are 6-8 miles away and the beach is a short walk across the street. Six miles to Keesler Air Force Base and seventy five miles to New Orleans. There are also several activities for families with children. With a water park nearby, island excursions and the award winning Lynn Meadows Discovery Center.
