Description of the Hilton Head vacation home rental

4 Pine Court: Outstanding Sea Pines Location in Greenwood Forest.

Just a 1/2 mile to the Beach and 1 mile to Harbour Town.

Be among the many to stay in this spacious and charming beachside bungalow. The very best rental value in the friendly Sea Pines neighborhood of Greenwood Forest. This comfortable home is the perfect setting for a family vacation, all-girls getaway, or guys' golf weekend.

The home's interior has been freshly painted and the house is spotlessly clean! All of the bed linens are brand new with 400 thread count sheets, all new pillows, and soft cotton blankets. Brand new pillow top king and queen beds. You will love the overly spacious screened porch with all new cushioned chairs for family dinners or just sit and relax. You might be lucky enough to see the deer walk by in the large open wooded area behind the porch.

There is a large open living/dining room with a 42" Flat Screen and 2 new sofas. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for eating in or ordering out!

Three bedrooms (one King, one Queen, two Twins) each boast the most comfortable bed linens we could find, with "down alternative" pillows. Flat Screen Televisions in King and Queen bedrooms. Baths are spic and span! There is a big laundry room and spacious outdoor "service area" perfect for parking bikes and boogie boards.

Stay connected to the outside world (if you must) with high speed wireless internet from Hargray DSL. Hargray has just upgraded to three Meg - even faster. As our guest you will also receive free access to Hargray's "hot spots" all around the Island. You can even take your lap top to Harbour Town, find a rocking chair, and start surfing or check email!

We welcome your well behaved pet for a small additional fee - less than boarding and lots more fun!

From Pine Court you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, bike in five minutes, or drive in two! Since most oceanfront properties in Sea Pines are single homes, most resort guests pack up the car and haul coolers and beach bags to the Sea Pines Beach Club for the day. We recommend you do this as well if you have children in tow. You can also walk to the neighborhood pool in five minutes or drive it in one! Sea Pines Center is also a short walk through the "short cut" and the bike/leisure path is almost literally at your front door!

LOCATION: Mapquest 4 Pine Court, Hilton Head Island. Greenwood Forest is nearly equidistant from Harbour Town, South Beach, and the Beach Club - 5 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car to any of the three!

FAQ: Beach Proximity - Hop in your car and drive to Sea Pines Beach club in 2 minutes. Rent beach chairs and umbrellas, sip a cool drink at the Beach Bar, or grab a freshly grilled burger from the grill. Children's activities, full baths, and a shore store complete the Beach Club. You can also walk to the beach in about 10 minutes.
