*2 Adult bikes available for guest free of charge!

*Private deck and screened porched both overlooking golf course, vaulted ceilings in living areas/kitchen and beautifully decorated. Golf course, private pool, beach and playground right out your doorstep!

*Spacious living room with 27 Inch cable television, DVD/VCR player, queen sofa, loveseat, armchair, and vaulted ceilings opens to a large screened porch with dining table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining or evening drinks.

*Dining room with breakfast bar opening to kitchen and seating at table for six

*Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar which opens to dining room and half bath

*Bedroom with king sized bed, private full bath, cable television/VCR, and large closets.We use 200-thread count sheets and comfy pillows so you'll sleep like a baby!

*Bedroom with two twin beds, private full bath, large closets. Sliding glass doors open to a large deck that overlooks the golf course.

*Full size washer and dryer

*Queen air mattress for additional guests, portable crib and high chair available at request

The Shipyard Beach Club is exclusively available for use by Shipyard guests only and is just a short bicycle ride away. A shuttle runs throughout the spring and summer months to and from the beach for your convenience, and parking is available for Shipyard guests at the Beach Club. Once you get inside the gates, it's like a private hideaway-without any of the usual resort traffic.

 Lovely Home in Beautiful Shipyard Plantation, May 17, 2008

Comfortable home with great accomodations for 4. The King sized bed was great! Kitchen was nice size with new appliances that were nice. View over golf course overlooking small pond with alligator and turtles was nice. Bike ride to Beach not very far on nice bike trail. Had a wonderful time.

This house is located in best location with easy access to Pope and William Hilton. Ms Morris is a true professional and run a great home. My wife was very please and she is a tough cookie :).

We really enjoyed our stay at your townhouse, it was a great vacation for us and all enjoyed it. My daughter went to tennis camp and the rest of the family enjoyed the beach, pool and bikes and even golf during our stay. The townhouse was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Thanks again for all your hospitality while we were on Hilton Head! We'll be back next year!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. It was very nice, very comfortable, clean, and a great location. The kids had a great time at the beach and riding bikes, and the pool was wonderful. The guys said the golf was great as well, we plan to come back again!
