Our luxury oceanview 1800 sq.ft. 2B/2B Kapalua Golf Villa is furnished in Hawaiian d'''cor and is adjacent the Kapalua Bay Golf Course. Completly remodeled in 2004, this Air-Conditioned patio level Villa features spectacular ocean and West Maui sunset views. The resort offers excellent recreational facilities including 4 pools, 8-BBQ's, and private garden areas. Guests can also use the Ritz-Carlton Hotel pool. There are 3 beaches located in Kapalua with the famous Kapalua Bay being just two minutes away! The resort has many excellent restaurants and a free 24 hour shuttle is provided to anywhere on Kapalua! 2 Championship golf courses are in the resort: including The Plantation Course which hosts the annual PGA Mercedes Championships and the Bay Course which hosts the LPGA Tour.. There is also a state-of-the-art Golf Academy offering individual instruction and group clinics. Our guests enjoy the benefit of booking 30 days in advance golf tee times.

• Deposits: $600.00 deposit per each week booked is due within 72 hours of contract or reservation is automatically cancelled. The balance of payment is due sixty (60) days prior to occupancy. In the event reservations are made less than sixty (60) days prior to occupancy date, then full payment will be due upon receipt of reservation form.
   
• Other Fees: Please note there is a 3.25% non-refundable surcharge for all U.S. Credit Card payments! (4% for non-US). One time $100 cleaning fee per stay.
