Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

GAMES room INTERNET lake view,GOLF Course community 10-15mins to parks.Great guest feedback.Spacious 2,700sqft.

Situated in the fabulous 4 star Remington GOLF Course gated community.
Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes away.

The Disney Parks are only 10/15 minutes drive away.

Access to the Florida Turnpike is minutes away.

There are books, a few toys, pool toys and floatation aids, a DVD player, 2 cable TVs, CRIB and HIGHCHAIR.

It is beautifully decorated. You'll feel so at home here....

Inside you'll find two luxurious lounge areas. One being a TV lounge, the other being the dining / lounge area. There is a queen sized sofa bed. The furniture is wood and marble.

Downstairs you will also find the master bedroom with an enormous en-suite, double shower, bath and two basins - 1 KING SIZE bed and plenty of storage space. TV. This room over looks the pool.

Upstairs you'll find 1 QUEEN SIZE ensuite bath room, and two twin bedded rooms. There is a family bathroom. (Extra sleeping space could be provided on the QUEEN SIZE BED SETTEE in the front lounge).

There is air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen and a phone with FREE LOCAL TELEPHONE CALLS. Internet and CABLE TV. All linens and towels are provided. Off road parking for 2 cars.

The private pool is screened and provided with plenty of loungers, chairs and a table. The view from the pool is over a wildlife lake - really peaceful. There is a COVERED AREA (lanai) by the POOL as well as plenty of sunbathing terrace next to the pool - south facing.

We have put together a local information brochure that you will find at the house. There are details of places to go, maps to local amenities and other general information.

This is a beautiful house to stay. All the childrens enjoy the pool and the game room. Just 25 minutes from WD and 15 minutes from Universal. We enjoy stay their for two weeks. thanks to Jane for your accomodation and may be we will come back.

The home was very lovely, in a real quite neighborhood.It was close to the theme parks as well as the stores and restaurants.I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

A wonderfull holiday!! The house was in a good quiet location just off the Interstate and not far from disney, with good local restaurants and shops which made it even more of a pleasure. Also a great pool overlooking the lake was nice and peaceful. Overall a very clean house with all the mod cons and the owners were a real pleasure to deal with.
