All utilities are included, with High Speed Internet and cable - FULLY furnished, all you need are your clothes! This is a great place to stay in Vegas - only 3 miles west of the Strip ($12 cab ride) but near local shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. You will feel like you are home away from home.
