With spectacular view of the STRIP and Las Vegas, It is a superb 5+ bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that by far accommodates between 10-12 guests. Every room of this luxurious home has been elegantly furnished and decorated.

The first floor has one bedroom with attached full bath. The very spacious formal living and dining areas are perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. The family room has a fireplace, DVD/CD player, with high speed Internet, as well as a 42" big screen TV with cable. The first floor also has a dining nook and breakfast counter. All linens and towels are provided including a washer and dryer.

On the second floor, the large master bedroom has a king size bed, retreat room, a spacious master bath with two walk-in closets (his & her). The master bedroom also includes a private terrace overlooking Sunrise Mountain & beautiful Henderson! Out of remaining Three bedrooms, Two bedrooms have their own queen beds and the Third one has 2 twin beds with full bath!

This property has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Las Vegas, whether you are here for business or pleasure. Upstairs floor offers an open loft where you can view the STRIP OF LAS VEGAS and all of its wonders! Adjacent to the master bedroom is a private office overlooking main floor from a "Romeo & Juliet" balcony.

This residence is perfectly located in one of the finest areas of Las Vegas and is only minutes to the "Las Vegas Strip", 15 minutes to Lake Las Vegas and approx. 20 minutes to Lake Mead and "The Grand Canyon" is only driving distance away. If you prefer to stay closer to "home", this area has some of the best restaurants, shopping malls and theaters. Henderson (Beverly hills of Las Vegas) and the Green Valley Ranch Resort & Casino is less than 10 minutes away and offers incredible food and entertainment, 24-7!!!

We celebrated our family reunion at the Marriot Hotel Las Vegas in July 2008. My wife and I along with eleven other family members shared this beautiful home. It was in a very quiet gated community only minutes away from the Vegas strip and in close proximity to Nellis AFB. We all loved the spaciousness of this home and all of the amendities. Everyone who came to visit were simply amazed at the beauty of this home. I look forward to renting this home again for future Las Vegas vacations.
