Description of the Las Vegas vacation villa rental

This property is a very unique, secluded, Spanish Colonial (bordering on Pirate) villa with a full veranda patio and a view of the entire city that is umatched anywhere..period. The patio is at eye level with the top of the Stratosphere.

The entry to the prperty is an adobe wall with a beautiful aged wood door through an arch on a rock walkway into a fountain area with grass and benches and mature flowering climbing plants and olive trees.

Beautiful mature landscaping, private 3/4 of an acre. Perfect for a private event, reception, cocktail party, meeting place, private concert or anniversary. Home is equipped with full 24 track audio recording studio, video recording and editing and sound system for live music or theater performance.

This home has a two sided fireplace into dining room and den and a fountain in the entry living room with open view into the other areas. The home has beautiful tile floors and beautiful would ceilings with beams. The Master has full length mirrored doors perfect for getting ready for an event with bridesmaids etc.

The Master has its own patio for private time. There is another room and bath for grooms or the other group to use. there is a double oven and large kitchen prep area and fridge. There is a gated entry with another side area perfect for a gazebo or another sitting area around mature flowering plants and palms. We are willing to supply the tables and chairs and other things if arranged with us.

This home is on a private culdesack which we own, there are only two other home entrances on the street.
We are up against BLM and one home above us.
We have an unobstructed city light view accross the full length of the property.
There is an area where cabanas and staging could be set up infront of the city lights upon prior arrangements.

• Deposits: There is a $250 deposit for cleaning and yard and reservation of the property. If you are going to have an event we need to discuss your needs for the event and we will arrange the event and meet your needs and discuss the fee for you special needs. We want your event to be perfect and will make sure you have all you need to make that happen.
   
• Other Fees: There will be additional cost as per your needs, we will discuss at the time of your reservation. We accept all major credit cards and reguire partial payment to reserve the property and balance on month before event.
