Was very satisfied with the apartment. There were six of us in total and we all slept comfortably. It is centrally located clean and tidy. Any problems were sorted immediately. The owner is very professional, courteous and helpful. Will definitely use again.

This no frills apartment was a great find for the group. If your looking for a hip New York place this isn't it...however, it is clean and functional as well as centrally located. Some of the folks I was travelling with had not been to NYC before so the location made things easy. One thing to watch out for are the stairs...there was no mention made of them, and they are not too daunting, just unexpected. There are two flights up to the first floor and if you've got people in your party that do not navigate stairs well this may not be the place for you. We enjoyed our stay and would use this service again.

A group of eight of us stead at the affinia appartments. It was brilliant, staff were great, helpful & friendly,appartments were spacious, clean,safe with all amenieties you would want,eg.safe in bedroom,private bathroom etc.and perfect location(view of madison square gardens from bedroom windows. It made our stay a very pleasant experience, told all my friends and family about them and they will definately be staying there when they travel to NY.as will any of us when we return. Absolutely Brilliant!! Be warned..save your time searching for appartments when going there just book the Affinia!

My friends & I chose to have a "real NCY experience" by staying in an apt. instead of a hotel & are we glad! The apartment was right in the middle of everything & VERY clean & spacious. We felt very safe with the security measures of the building. The owners were very friendly & accommodating as well. We all agreed we will never do the hotel thing again.
