South Beach spot!Vacation Paradise. (#26067)

Write a review our stay was everything we could hope for, and were attended to all of our needs. The place was new and furnished in a tasteful manner. The neighborhood is quiet and a few blocks from the beach, which is a pleasant walk. behind the building is a great garden offering a beautiful getaway from everything. also keep an eye out for the cat and its Hemingway paws! she is adorable. Thank you again for everything I had to wait for my rental apartment to be finished and needed a solution to stay somewhere, but I did not want to be accomodated at a hotel. so I found this and loved it right away. Erwin & Frank were very hospitable and the way they maintain the beautifully decorated apartment is very pleasing. I loved to sleep in the bed (the linens are changed weekly and smell so clean & fresh). It is a really great location in South Beach to get a good night sleep. Cable TV with 80 channels & secured internet access. A turtle in the mosaic of the countertop in the kitchen makes it a real floridian gem. I loved it there. The best alternative to my own home! From the time my wife and I decided to go for this apartment,the corrospondence prior to securing the place was most cordial and honest with Frank. We booked the apartment for 28 days and got a very reasonable monthly rate; I say very reasonable as this was over the spring break and Easter weekend periods. I was working during this period with my wife 'holidaying' - the apartment has the most suitable location; easy walking distance to the beach and shopping areas and very easy access to the motorway heading out. The apartment itself is very clean and tastefully decorated which allows for a very pleasant stay. Frank is available for any issues regarding the apartment (we had none) and will also advise on other issues; his friendliness was immensely appreciated. The apartment is cleaned once a week with a linen change, and there are heaps of towels available. We will definitely opt to stay here when the opportunity arises again. So to Frank and Erwin - well done Guys!!!!!! If you are looking for a place to stay in South Beach, you should consider 336 Meridian ave. My husband and I lived in SoBe for 6 years, so we know the area very well and enjoy South Beach a lot. When we had to find a short-term rental, we ended up meeting Frank and Erwin who take care of “The Dexter”, this charming and calm art deco building. We have a three-year old so for us, it is important to stay at a place where you can sleep well through the night. At the Dexter, it was always very quite even though we were still only steps away from the glittery night life and great restaurants that South Beach has to offer. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated too. Dealing with Erwin and Frank was only a plus to this rental. They are very professional and polite, really nice people. The rate was good too and we hope it remains like that since we plan to come back when the time comes. Sincerely, Rafaela and Alberto (a satisfied couple). We are a couple in our late 20's. We stayed here for 9 nights. We loved it and will come back here again. We highly recommend this property for many reasons. 1. The location is great--walking distance to everything central--the beach and Ocean Drive (5-10 mins walk--4 short blocks), restaurants. It is a safe and quiet location as well. Parking available. 2. Apartment: CLEAN, well-kept and taken-care-of, nicely decorated & furnished, perfect. It literally has everything you need, especially if traveling with children, (because you have a full kitchen). Comfortable bed, clean sheets & towels, new floors and furniture, brand-new rug. The owners are really taking good care of this place; they put their heart into decorating and taking constant care of this place and it really shows. Really impressive. 3. The owners: very accomodating, hospitalble, & pleasant people. Willing to help at anytime of day or night with anything we needed. Almost too good to be true. 4. Great value for price
