This centrally located designer 2 story Miami Beach home has been newly renovated in 2008. Close to all the action, approx. 1 mile to the beach,and about 3 miles to the heart of South Beach. Its a quick 15 min.ride from Miami airport, or about 35 min.to the Ft. Lauderdale airport, [sometimes cheaper to fly into].If you have a car there is plenty of parking, however, public transportation is readily available. The home features 3 bedrooms, with 4 full bathrooms. Open gourmet kitchen, in the center of downstairs common area, great for visiting while cooking. Completely fenced yard with grill. Community pool and recreational area is less than 1 block away. Have a quiet restful vacation, grilling out on your own yard, or enjoy our great restaurants and night life. Nice quiet residental area. One block from the bay, walking distance to nice dining or shopping. Just north about 4 miles is the prestigious Bal Harbor shopping mall. South 3 miles is South Beach. Lots to do!

This house was great! VERY nicely appointed with modern furnishing and newly renovated kitchen and travertine throughout! BEAUTIFUL! Clean beyond imagination.
