This charming, completely restored sacristy with its landscaped fauna and rose gardens, part of a larger borgo is in a secure gated community which lies on top of a beautiful Tuscan hillside, with sweeping panoramic views of this exquisite countryside dotted with olive groves, vineyards and cypress trees. A hill top walk surrounding the submerged valley before stopping at the Panchetti bakery for a warm loaf of bread is a must!

The inviting first floor living area with its hewn post and beam construction is nicely decorated with warm colors that reflect the local landscape, comfortable modern furniture and a sculpted stone fireplace. Satellite TV offers world wide coverage and films in multiple languages.
