The main building, a farmhouse of the XVII century, has a panoramic view over the surrounding hills and it is divided into four flats furnished with the typical Tuscan style, and equipped with completely fitted out kitchen (kitchenware, 4 flame gas stove, microwave, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher).

The apartments on the ground floor can dispose of a gazebo, whereas those on the upper floor have a spacious terrace with stunning view over the landscape.

A barbecue with wood oven to make pizza as well as a swimming pool, make the stay during the summer season just perfect.

Another flat has been obtained from the restructuring of barn.

In the garden, among the olive and the fruit trees, you can relax by the swimming-pool which is open from May to October, surrounded by a sun terrace with beach umbrellas, sun beds and tables. .

THE FARMSTAY:

When we decided to buy this house, in June 2000, our initial intention was to divide it into apartments and sell it on but as soon as we saw it we literally fell in love with it and couldn't bring ourselves to sell it again.

And then it seemed such a shame that other people couldn't share our enjoyment of such a special place so we decided to keep it as holiday apartments, as a place where lovers of Tuscany can discover the beauty of the surrounding countryside and still be within easy reach of one of the greatest cities of art in the world.

The first years weren 't easy, but in time we built up an understanding of the needs of those who spend their holidays with us, and vice versa ''' our guests have become friends and appreciate the care and love that we put into giving them a holiday they will never forget.

So here we are. I 've come to the end of my tale and you now know how Podere Casanova was born and has grown, and if this brief account has whetted your appetite for a holiday in Tuscany, remember that we are waiting here to welcome you with a smile, and with the warmth for which this area is renowned.
