Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental

Just one block off the beach in the true heart of Myrtle. Super spacious 9th floor 2BR/2BA condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a Master King bed, 2 new Twin beds, and a new Queen Sleep Sofa. All new flooring. Beautiful brand new updated Master Bathroom. Spectacular ocean views from TWO PRIVATE balconies!

This condo has central A/C, a washer/dryer in the unit, 3 cable TV's, high speed Internet (wired and wireless), a DVD/VCR player, a stereo w/CD player, and a fully appointed kitchen.

The Altantis is a secure building with elevators, a pool, plenty of free parking and everything you need is within walking distance. The address is 400 20th Ave, North, which is directly behind the Breakers and Camelot resorts.

The ocean is literally right across the street. The convention center is just 4 blocks (less than 1/2 mile) away! Broadway at the Beach and the Pavilion Amusement Park are each just about 1 mile away!

There are at least 20 restaurants and bars within a few-minute walk, including Bummz Cafe, Studebaker's, Fuddruckers, River City Cafe, Soho, Dirty Don's Oyster Grill, Romando's Italian, Calabash, Papa's, and even a Starbucks!!

There are shopping malls, restaurants, miniature golf courses and water parks everywhere; and of course, there are dozens of golf courses within a 5-30 minute drive.

• Deposits: A 25% deposit is due within one week of booking. In addition, the full weekly rental is due two weeks prior to the rental week. • Other Fees: NONE! The departure cleaning fee, the linen rental service fee, the 11% hospitality accomodation tax, and all other fees have been factored in and are INCLUDED in the rates listed. Daily, Mid-Week, Weekly, or Monthly Cleaning services are available at additional costs (Optional).

Four friends and myself stayed in the condo for beach week this summer and we couldn't have been more satisfied. It was much nicer than any other place we visited during our stay at Myrtle Beach and we didn't have any problems with neighbors or staff. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

This condo is in great condition. It is clean, bright. Great view of the ocean,considering it is one block from the ocean. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, TV (with cable). Bedrooms are spacious. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. Thanks for a great stay.

My family loved this spot! The condo and the location were both wonderful. The condo was spacious and relaxing with a fantastic view. The location was very convenient. The beach, restaurants, and stores are all in walking distance. And there are also many attractions within a short drive. This is my family's new vacation spot!

Ive been to myrtle beach many times but my first at this location. And what a nice surprise to find a location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, Starbucks, and one block off the beach. The unit was recently updated and looks great. Plenty of room, love sitting on the balcony w/view of the ocean. W/D in unit is also a plus. I will be back for sure.

We were so surprised and extremely delighted with the luxurious updates to this lovely condo and are certainly planning to continue returning for many years to come. The amenties, location, and spaciousness are perfect - we didn't want to leave! Huge amount of tumble & rumble space for the kids - they were so happy to be able to play their computer games in the evening (so were we), watch videos on the one rainy day, etc. The beach is so close and we spent many fun times there and at the restaurants close by. Everything is within walking distance. The owner is very kind, answered our many questions and is always accessible. Secure building and great views as well. Could not ask for more - had such a remarkably fun vacation! Thank you and we will certainly recommend this property to all our friends. See you next year!

I have stayed at this condo twice. The second time I was amazed at the renovations the owner has done. It is light, bright and very comfortable, and has all the amenities. It is so convenient I rarely used my car! The owner is always available for questions and interested in feedback. I will definitely go again, and recommend it to families or singles, golfers or beach lovers!

This condo was spacious with beautiful ocean views and close to everything! The building was a secure one and the owner was accessible at all times. The amenities to include washer/dryer, full kitchen, tvs in all rooms and two full baths were wonderful. The area was quiet yet bustling with the sights (one block back from the beach, smells (excellent restaurants within walking distance0 and shopping everyone wants to experience at the beach! I highly recommend this property and the owner to all--including families.
