We are reducing our weekly rates $50 for November and December. Spend your holiday week in warm and sunny Myrtle Beach right on the beach. This is a great time to be in Myrtle Beach. The weather is warm and there are no crowds. Gas is now below $2 per gallon in this area.

Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental

Our condo, located on the 12th floor of one of the tallest resorts, is also a family resort which provides many amenities at budget rental rates. Our rates are much less than those of leading hotels in the area. We provide much more space than a hotel room plus a full kitchen, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, apartment size stove, and microwave oven, in a fully equipped kitchen. We also provide central air conditioning instead of the under window units which provides much more comfort and is more quiet. Free WiFi is also provided in the condo. Our condo, in The Palace Resort, is conveniently located to all family vacation attractions in the Myrtle Beach and Grand Strand tourism areas. Our private balcony provides breathtaking views of the sunrise and miles of newly rebuilt/wider beach as well as the ocean. See our external link below for additional information.

Minimum 5 day rental. Monthly rates are available 11/1 - 3/31 for a maximum of one month.

The Palace Resort is located in the south central area of Myrtle Beach directly on Ocean Blvd. You are within minutes of family attractions such as amusement parks, a large aquarium, water sport activities and rentals, golf courses, family Broadway type shows, many restaurants, and shops. There are also over 90 golf courses in the Myrtle Beach area.

We invoice you for deposit and rent. If rental is canceled before rent payment is made $75 of the $100 deposit is returned to you. If you cancel after the rent payment is made all funds will be returned if the condo can be rented for the same period.

My visit to Myrtle Beach was great! We resided at the Palace. We had access to the beautiful view and sounds of the ocean and access to the bikers festival off Ocean Blvd. I must say I was very satisfied with the choice of accessibility, location, and more...This is most definitely a must do again vacation!

The room was small but nice. A great place for couples to stay. The condo had all the basics needed for a week long stay. The hotel was nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The pools and Jacuzzis were clean and never too crowded. I would highly recommend this unit for a romantic getaway or just a relaxing trip.
