Terms vary depending upon length of stay CALL owner for longer stays and best deal. Walk to Vanderbilt Beach from this resort property in a private home. Guest have private kitchen with full size appliances, dining, and living area with big screen TV, DVD player, CD player, microwave, telephone. One bedroom with queen size bed and color TV. Tropical foliage surronds pool setting. Heated pool and 7' spa and lanai area are shared when other side of this house is occupied by the owner. There is a choice of propane or George Forman Grills, microwave, TV and CD player on the lanai for guest entertainment. Walk to the beach for the day or a sunset. All linens, pots, pans, dishes, beach chairs, towels are provided. Some small pets allowed at owner's discretion.
