This furnished 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage Casita has numerous upgrades throughout, including granite counters, new appliances, upgraded tile, cherry cabinets, large master bath and separate shower and large walk-in closet.

The home features a large, open floor plan with tall ceilings, a beautiful living room, dining room, kitchen, master suite, guest bedroom with twin beds and sleeper sofa in living room. In addition, there is an open patio off the living room for a nice cigar or tempting cocktail.

The home is in Lely Resort of Naples in the beautiful new Ole' Community which boasts wonderful Mediterranean architecture, lots of green space and plenty of outdoor activities for the entire family. The inviting and quiet community is built around a thriving village center which is in walking distance from the villa. The village center will include a large, resort-style pool, a 4,000 square foot gym and an aerobics studio.

In addition, the village center includes a spa, movie theatre, business center, ice cream parlor, casual dining restaurant, Irish Pub and much more. Outdoor activities include basketball and tennis courts and beach volleyball.
