Description of the Ocean City vacation condo rental

We are looking for renters to stay at Cara Mar's Paradise By The Sea in Ocean City, Maryland. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Ocean City in the off-season. The prospective renters would enjoy our condo on a weekend, mini-week, weekly or monthly basis from October 2008 thru April 2009. From May 2009 thru September 2009 we book on a weekly basis. This large oceanfront efficiency offers all the amenities:

Sleeps four persons
Full kitchen
Private beach access
Pool (Open Labor Day thru Memorial Day)

Cable TV
VCR and DVD players

You may ride the elevator to transport your personal items, groceries, etc., to begin your stay. You will comfortably sleep in a double Murphy bed and a Queen sleep sofa. The private oceanfront balcony allows for magnificent views and sounds of the ocean!

You must be 25 years and older to rent. Proof of ID may be required. Maximum 4 occupants.

 Priceless Balcony, July 16, 2008

My girlfriend and I stayed at this property in July and it worked out great. The Balcony that over looked the beach was priceless. They have a little table and chairs set up there were we ate the large majority of our meals. On item to note is that the bed is a "Murphy Bed" (ie. it folds down out of the wall), but dont be scared it was really easy to pull down and put up and it was comfortable. The place had everything you need in the kitchen including the essential blender to make margaritas! The place was very clean and the owner was really friendly. I would recommend the property.

I just got back from spending a week in this condo at the Cara Mar with 3 friends. We had a wonderful time. It was so nice to be right on the beach, the view from the balcony is amazing, especially at night. The condo itself is also very nice, very clean. The condo is also in walking distance of many shops, places. This will be the first place that I consider when booking my next vacation in Ocean City!!!

We absolutely LOVE The Cara Mar! We have been spending many summers in Ocean City & nothing compares to the Cara Mar. Comfort, convienience, quiet..it's all here. Close to many of our favorite restaurants, shopping & the wonderful Northside Park on the bay. The balcony view is the most wonderful part of our stay. We have morning coffee watching the sunrise & looking for dolphins. Dinner on the balcony is the most romantic time! And going to sleep & waking up to the sound of the ocean....Heavenly! Can't wait for our next stay! You will love the Cara Mar!!!!!

We have rented this condo for two years in a row, and we are going back this summer. It is a wonderful place right on the beach. The kids and myself love being so close. It is close to restaurants and stores. We love seeing the sunrises and the sunsets. Very family oriented. A perfect little vacation spot.
