Ocean side condo unit #217 available after 10/18/08 - just $575 for a full week or off season 3 night getaway @ just $325!!! (Off season 2 nights @ $245 & 4 nights @ $375 - all with a late check out by 4PM)

This getaway consists of a 2 bedroom and 2 bath well maintained and spacious(1,150 sq. ft.) unit in desirable oceanside location and award winning building located just steps from the beach at 142nd Street. Master bedroom with queen-sized bed and private bath, second bedroom has two new double beds (with a new queen sleep sofa in living room. Sleeps 8). Features include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, wet bar, fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, 3 televisions, DVD, etc. Building features outdoor pool, indoor lap-sized pool, sauna, excercise room, outside shower, hot/tub spa, elevator,etc. Two-car reserved parking, non-smoking and no pets, professionally cleaned each week. Just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restraunts. Northside Park (nature trails, ball fields, basketball, etc) is less than a mile away. Tennis courts @ 138th street. Professionally managed by North Beach, Realators. Just bring your linens and towels and you are ready to head to the beach.

Located in the peaceful northern part of Ocean City on the oceanside at 142nd Street. No high rise condos creating crowded beaches and congestion. It is a very convenient area where we park our car and leave it, we walk to everything. Plenty of attractions right outside your doorstep including minature golf, fine dining, and a fabulous shopping experience. There is also the famous ocean city boardwalk rides, games, and other amusements. Asateaque Island, where wild horses run free is only a short ride away. These are just a few examples of what Ocean City offers. Ocean City has plenty of attractions to give you a great, affordable vacation.

• Lodging Tax: 10.5% (6% sales tax and 4.5% Occupancy tax = 10.5% total)
   
• Deposits: Only a $300 deposit to advance Book for the summer of 2009 Half down at time of booking Half prior to scheduled vacation. No Security Deposit necessary in exchange for you agreeing to take great care of our property.
   
• Other Fees: There is a $50 nonrefundable processing fee payable to North Beach Realators. AT your request, this fee can be avoided if you make your payments by check and agree to promptly mail the keys back right after your stay.

 HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Great Location, Great Value, October 5, 2008

This is the first Condo we have ever rented that we didn't have to spend our first two hours cleaning! The Condo is in excellent condition and is convenient to many activities. The kitchen is large and well equiped and the rooms are open, airy and nicely furnished. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. We realy enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable furniture, nicely supplied kitchen, place in very good condition. Great dining nearby. Very short walk to the beach, 2 pools on property - overall very satisfied!
