Description of the Orlando vacation villa rental

Set within a small gated community, a luxurious and spacious, four bedroom, two bathroom villa with larger than average screened-in pool.

The spacious lounge overlooks the covered lanai and pool area and is beautifully but comfortably furnished with two sofas, side tables with lamps, and coffee table. Cable TV and VCR/DVD for home entertainment. The lounge extends through to the open plan kitchen with nook for seating of four guests. The villa also boasts a formal dining room with seating for six.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and is fully furnished with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom consisting of his and her vanity units, garden tub, and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and there are two further twin bedrooms all fully furnished and easy access to the second bathroom with his and her vanity units and over bath shower. The lounge, master bedroom, and lanai have the additional benefits of ceiling fans.

Directions
The villa is ideally located for touring all the major attractions. The house is located on US27, just 2 miles north of US192 and only 8.5 miles to the main gates of Disney World - a ten minute drive. We are not far from Universal Studios and Seaworld. There is an enormous Walmart that is open 24 hours, only 2 minutes away by car. Also Publix, Winn-Dixie and other shops only 2 minutes away. There are banks, petrol stations and various restaurants within a short drive. The main Highway 192 provides a huge selection of restaurants and take-aways. There is a communal pool and children's play area within the exclusive gated community of Mission Park. Golf and tennis are only a short 5 minute drive away. Shopping malls are a short drive away. Our home is close to absolutely everything, yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle to enjoy a relaxing holiday!

it was a great home the only thing that was bad about the home was the bugs, there were alot of bugs in and out of the house. Otherwise of would recommend my family to stay in your villas, it's beautiful and spacious. thank you for a great vacation home.

We just recently stayed at this home and LOVED it!! We had two families stay and there was so much privacy. The home was very clean. There was everything we needed. The only suggestion that we had is to maybe have the key in the lockbox right at the house. We flew in late and had to go to the office which was a little out of the way. This was our only suggestion. We would love to rent the house again but we did notice that it was for sale. We hoped it did not tell soon since we have 3 other families inquiring about it!!! Otherwise great home and great location.
