PLANTATION COTTAGE
This cottage is located on a luxury 4.2 acres property that has 700 feet of ocean beach front property. Extremely private, the Plantation cottage is one of 3 cottages located on the property together with the Main House. It shares the widest residential ocean front on the whole island. At the end of a cul de sac, this 4.2 acres property is one of a kind.

The view is spectacular. At the far end of the property, the Plantation cottage comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open living area, dining area with fully equipped modern kitchen, large covered deck and barbecue which provides for a great outdoor dining area. Very private with magnificent views of the volcano and the ocean. Beautiful gardens. Close to all services and shopping and restaurants. White sand beach. The Beach is protected by a reef, one kilometer out. So the water is great for swimming in the morning and perfect for windsurfing in the afternoon, when the trade winds pick up.

Close proximity to the airport and the typical little town of Paia. It is a short distance from all the main shopping area in Kahului. Both towns have excellent natural and health food stores. The area provides with great outdoors, such as biking, trekking, kayaking, windsurfing, snorkeling, falls visiting, helicopter rides etc.
The island of Maui is a jewel. With 19 different climates, the weather is relatively constant. The vegetation is lush and the flowers abound. You are a short distance from several golf courses and the bike route runs just outside the estate. Located next to Kanaha Beach Park, you can launch you kite directly from our beach or windsurf off to the reef for wave riding.
The beach is calm in the morning and you can enjoy a canoe or kayak ride or just swim and snorkel.

• Lodging Tax: 7.25% GE +4.17% TA
   
• Deposits: 50% of the rent is required to secure booking. We allow no more than 7 days to receive payment. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. No refund for cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival For cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival, a fee of $150 or 10 % of the rent, the higher of the 2, will be charged, if we can reschedule guests for the same period, only 150$ will be charged.
   
• Other Fees: A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000$ for the cottages and 10 000$ for the Main House are required on arrival.
