This Maui beachfront estate built on 4.1 acres of land is a true One of a Kind.
A sense of old Hawaii exudes from this perfectly landscaped property, surrounded by more than 120 coconut trees and a magnificent monkey pod tree of more than 100 years old. Very private, the property is at the end of a cul de sac and gated. The main house and 3 guesthouses share the widest residential ocean front on the whole island, with over 700 feet of beach frontage.

Strong Japanese style architecture, extremely private, this Villa offers 5000sq feet of interior living space with 6000sq ft of lanai (balcony). Built with top quality materials from all over the world, it is truly exceptional. This exquisite villa offers spectacular views of the ocean and the volcano. It is equipped with a private gym and outside Jacuzzi. The kitchen has all the high-end appliances, two dishwashers, gas stove and BBQ on the lanai. Wireless internet and Satellite TV.

The Main house has three large en-suite bedrooms and sleeps 6 people.

• Deposits: 50% of the rent is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. We allow seven days to receive payment. No refund for cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival. For cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival, a fee of 150$ of 10 % of the rent, the higher of the 2 is charged. A refundable security deposit of 4000$ or 10% of the rent, the higher of the two, is payable on arrival.
   
• Other Fees: Daily maid service can be arranged at an approximate cost of 25$ per hour. Kite surfing lessons or windsurfing lessons can also be arranged.
