• Required Stay: 3 night minimum - NO RENTERS UNDER AGE 25
   
• Deposits: $100.00 deposit due immediately after booking to confirm reservation. This deposit will become a damage deposit upon arrival and will be refunded after departure if there is no damage to condo during your stay. The rental amount is due 14 days before the arrival date & then keys will be mailed.
   
• Other Fees: $15.00 parking pass & $60.00 end of stay cleaning fee

Beautiful condo, great location, perfect getaway and right next to Pineapple Willy's, close to supermarket. We can't wait to go back again and again. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent,owner managed and well maintained. Would recommend it to anyone. Convenient to everything including food,dinning,dancing and shopping. Walk right out the back and onto the beach. Loved it.

This condo has a great view and is very convenient to local attractions. It has direct access to the beach and to the on-site pool. It is also nicely decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a nice getaway. I plan to stay here again in the future.
