Enjoy our brand new, state of the art condo. You will feel right at home once you step inside. Our plush master bedroom is complete with LCD TV, king-size bed, and jacuzzi style tub. The spacious hallway boasts a bunkbed complete with it 's own 20" LCD/DVD TV and large drawers (unique to any condo). The kitchen is outstanding with Granite counter tops, GE appliances, and a bar stool dining area. Our family room is exceptional with custom lighting and a wall to wall window overlooking the ocean. A wonderful room to relax and entertain in, you'll love the oceanview high top dining table, comfortable sleeper sofa, 40" Samsung LCD TV, and complete stereo system with an IPOD docking station.

This is the largest one bedroom available and includes 'HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET , incredible 12th story views, 24 hour concierge services, beachfront and rooftop pools/hot tub, tiki bar overlooking the ocean, sports bar surrounded with plasma TV's, and Starbucks on site. Our future amenities that will be open in the summer are an upscale fitness center, lavish spa, steakhouse, pool/beach restaurant, wine/cheese shop, outdoor large screen TV, and nightclub bar.

Pier Park is a favorite attraction less than 5 minutes away. Activities there feature state of the art movie theatre, restaurants, and shopping.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in your condo at Emerald Beach Resort. We usually vacation at a condo that our friend owns in Gulf Highlands, but after 3 straight summers of lugging our beach stuff through the complex and accross the street, we were ready to step it up a notch and stay in a luxury beach front condo. Everything about this condo was just perfect! From the modern decor, to the excellent view of the ocean.......we continued to be impressed. Another convenience was the location of the condo in the Resort itself. It is positioned on the east end, just in front of the elevators...so a ride on the elevator and a few steps out and you are on the beach! Not to mention Starbucks! I tend to go to the beach much earlier than my husband, but to make up for this, he brought Frozen Cappuccino to me at the beach. All the other ladies were like, "honey....go get me one too!" And off goes the husband to Starbucks........It was quite funny. You'd better believe we plan to return!
