This West End Apartment has been recently built with all amenities. Very sunny , large 12ft.x25ft. bedroom w/ walk-in closet,ceiling fan, king size bed. Beautiful 9 1/2 ft x 14 ft bathroom with seperate shower, jacuzzi,sky light to view the moon from the tub. Lots of rubber duckies to add joy to your bath. Great room/kitchenette is 19Ft X 25 ft. private balcony off both great room and bedroom. Central A/C stove top w/ 2burners/sml refrigerator/micro wave . Outside gas grill in yard for exclusive use. Hardwood floors throughout. This apartment is close to everything from Joes Coffee Shop to the Boatslip Tea Dance. Yet is in very quiet neighborhood.View of Pilgrim monument from balconies. All beach needs provided-umbrellas,towels,blankets,beach chairs,coolers etc.

Please note that there is no smoking anywhere on property.

Great location. Close to Boatslip, restaurants,beaches. All within walking or biking distance.
