My fiance and i found the overall experiance extremely pleasent . within walking distance to the local trolley and the local area has all you'll need if you just care to hang out there.The appointments are very nice and the kitchen is very useable . Just a couple of minor details that need to be pointed out takes one try to get the best route there, and the drive way is not user friendly . For us girls it could use a full length mirror and an outlet in the bathroom . Jasmin and Bill are very nice hospitable folks . We'd go there again in a heart beat.

Condo is in a good neighborhood, but be aware that you have quite an uphill trek from the trolley station to the unit. Condo was very clean and owner very pleasant. This was a great alternative to the high prices of the hotels near the convention center.

Very nice clean condo located in a fun neighborhood. Nice amenities in unit and onsite. Beautiful flowers in common patio area. Great access to trolley, restaurants, beach and area attractions. The condo is an ok size for a family with 2 small children provided we were on the go most of the time. Yasmin is a generous host and very accessible as needed. I would highly recommend this rental to others.

Place was clean and comfortable. Parking was an issue, but as long as you don't mind hills, its ok. Kitchen was stocked well, and places to eat were close by. Enjoyed our stay-centrally located and easy to get around in San Diego from the condo! Yasmin was very nice to deal with. Would stay here again.

I was extremely happy with my stay. The condo was nestled near some great restaurants and the neighborhood was fun to walk around in. The owner was very gracious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

This condo was a huge surprise. Much better than any of the comparably priced hotels nearby. In a secluded neighborhood, so not much traffic, yet still very close to the things folks want to see the most. We highly recommend the place, you will not regret it.

The condo had everything we needed. It was spacious and the homely feeling was great. The owners left wonderful instructions for us to follow the entire week and we were left alone to enjoy a wonderful honeymoon together. Thank you so much, I dont think it could have been better.
