Almost new home 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home with panoramic views of Mission Bay & Sea World. This home is spacious for large groups - every bedroom has access to own bath. The home was built & furnished in December 2004 with approximately 2000 square feet. Enjoy the views from 3 separate decks. The rooftop deck is approximately 500 square feet for entertaining or simply relaxing in the sun. Sleep under the stars with the portable bed and down comforter! 'Toys, toys, toys' for both inside & outside include 4 bikes, 4 boogie boards, surfboard, sand toys, beach chairs & towels, games, gas BBQ. Inside is a computer with high speed internet connection, DVD players in all bedrooms & family room. Linens are new high quality - beds are pillow top mattresses, even the pillows are down & feather. Enter the ground floor to one bedroom & bath - this bedroom has a Queen Bed

Mission Beach is in the heart of San Diego - Family can stay in Mission Beach & enjoy the entire day & evening without using a car. Walk or bike to restaurants, beach, local pubs, Belmont Park. Rent a sail boat or try a surfing lesson. Sea World & the Zoo are minutes away. Gaslamp District (downtown) has shopping & nightlife. Airport, Zoo, Gaslamp, Sea World are within a 15 minute drive. Don't forget Lego Land for the kids - this is a 30 to 40 minute drive up the coast. If you wish to visit Mexico & enjoy their wonderful culture & lobster this is only 30 to 45 minutes away from Mission Beach. House is in a great location, beautiful views from the deck, and has everything you need plus 3.5 baths. We had 10 people and were very comfortable. Only drawback is it is hard to park in the garage and street parking is almost impossible. Also, a lot of stairs.
