This home is located on Spring Hill beach, a private sandy beach. Perfect for family vacation or a romantic escape. Recently renovated two story house(sleeps 7)-- upper level has 2 full sized bedrooms and a bathroom plus a fully equiped kitchen, living room, dining area and a deck overlooking the beach and ocean. The lower level has a bedroom and a beautiful bathroom, plus a family sitting area. The owners provides linen and towels for tenant use.

• Deposits: Reservation require signed lease and 50% of the weekly fee is due with the signing of the lease. A $300 security deposit is due with the final payment, 30 days prior to arrival.

We had a wonderful time staying at this very clean and spacious beach house. We have 3 kids (aged 14, 12, and 9)and there was plenty of room for everyone inside and out. The house is very well equipped and the Sandwich area was beautiful. We had peace and quiet and lots of space yet still had everything we needed at our fingertips close by, in town. We all enjoyed our week and can't wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful time. The beach house was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Our girls ages 2 and 4 had so much fun playing in the calm water. Everything was just perfect. We will definately be back to this beach house.
