Our Lake Tahoe vacation rental is a luxury main house of a private estate. This rental is fully equipped with four bedrooms, three baths (two with steam units), large hot tub, large great room with fireplace, tv in each bedroom and livingroom with dish network with all 33 premium channels, fully landscape park-like two acre lot on the Upper Truckee river. The rental home sleeps 12 guests maximum and includes all linens and towels. The house is professionally cleaned after each use. This private property is perfect for large gatherings including weddings and company parties. Special services can be ordered including catering to provide you with the maximum services.

This four bedroom, three bath home with a large hot tub ls located on two acres along a private stretch of the Upper Truckee river in South Lake Tahoe. This vacation rental is centrally located between Heavely Valley, Sierra-at-Tahoe and Kirkwood in Christmas Valley at the foot of Echo Summit. This home is one of four private parcels surrounded by USFS land. A 27 foot cabin cruiser is also available for charter on Lake Tahoe and includes a huge discount for this vacation home tenents. Fishing is available in the river in the back yard during the open season.

My family and I just love staying in South Lake Tahoe. This year we choose to rent the river front home. It was by far the best rental we have ever visited. Lots of room inside and out. We really enjoyed the boat rental and got a killer discount. The kitchen was huge with all the right tools. I would recomend this house to anyone and everyone looking to get a way for the best Tahoe vacation ever. The place you stay really can make or break a vacation and the river fornt house made our vacation so very special.
