Rubicon was designed for large family living. The wall of windows captures the extraordinary Mountain and Sierra views. This home is the perfect place to get away from the hustle, bustle and stress of everyday life.

The stunning interior features vaulted beamed ceilings, designer decor, full kitchen, 2 fireplaces, and all the amenities you would expect in a large vacation home.

We are within walking distance to the lake. Heavenly Ski Resort is only 3 minutes by car and 3 minutes to all 5 major casinos. Take a hike on scenic Tahoe Rim Trail just minutes away. In fact, all activities are only minutes away, such as skiing, golf, boating, biking, fishing, para-sailing, rafting and many more for adults and kids alike. You will love it here!

Rubicon has soaring vaulted ceilings and windows accenting the best Lake Tahoe has to offer. Each bedroom is equipped with fine linens and towels. There are views from every room except the one room with twin beds. The home's layout provides four large bedrooms, three and a half baths, 2 decks, private hot tub and plenty of parking. There are four bedrooms, a loft, and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms is the "kids" room which has 3 bunk beds. Capacity is 12 people plus the loft area that is not counted as a sleeping area. This home is perfect for family getaways and reunions. If you are looking for a quality home this one represents an excellent value. The amenities included in this home will guarantee you and your guests a first-class vacation. The house also included a laundry room with a full size Washer & Dryer for your convenience.

This house was over are expectations. Lots of room, just a great house for enjoying ski vacation. All spaces were as said. Would recommend to anyone. Would like to rent again
