"The Pearl" is a brand new GULF FRONT property featuring 12 bedrooms and 12.5 baths spread across 3 floors and features a custom gulf side heated pool with glass wall on south side of pool so views will not be blocked. This home is perfect for groups seeking accommodations for groups from 16-38 guests. Located approximately 5.2 miles west of Hwy. 59 on West Beach in Gulf Shores AL. This lot offers amazing gulf front views to the South as well as beach views for miles to the East and West due to the proximity of the beach to this house. Seven of the twelve bedrooms face the gulf and have gulf front balconies! The home features high end finishes, 8 ft custom built pine interior doors, 10 ft ceilings on all 3 floors and 18+ ft vaulted den in the third floor media room. The home has an elevator that services all 4 floors (ground level plus all 3 living floors above). The custom pool in the back deck can also be heated seasonally upon request for small fee. The pool is appx. 26' long X 13 ' wide and approximately 3' 9"deep in shallow end and 5' ft deep on West end.
This home is the perfect spot for multiple families to gather, relax and unwind and spend quality time together, while also providing the space to retreat to your own private part of the house when needed. There are also two additional media rooms in addition to the den on main floor. The home has maxed out the allowable build-able footprint with the local building codes.
The first floor features two bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms and a huge den, living area,wet-bar and kitchen. The den has an additional half bath and the kitchen features 3 refrigerators, 3 dishwashers, 4 ovens, 2 freestanding ice makers and two gas range cooktops. This kitchen is PERFECT for families who enjoy preparing their own meals and not fighting the crowds at the restaurants. The den features a 75 inch SMART TV on the West end and a 65 inch SMART TV on the East end wall above the dining tables. The dining area will feature 3, 12 ft long custom dining tables that will seat 12 per table. There is also a stainless gas grill on the southside main level back deck, so guests will be able to grill out while looking out over the gulf and pool area, while not having to worry about refilling tanks.
The first floor has one king bed in the South-West bedroom (sleeps 2), the bedroom on the North-West side of first floor has 2 king beds (sleeps 4). The first floor sleeps up to 6 guest.
The second floor features 6 bedrooms, all which will have ensuite bathrooms. There are 4 gulf front master suites with king beds and private gulf front balconies. These 4 balconies will also feature privacy walls on the balconies. The two North bedrooms are over-sized and will each feature two king beds per room and two flat screen SMART TV's in the bedrooms. The 4 gulf front masters all have one king bed per room (sleeps 2 per room), the two north bedrooms on second floor each have two kings per room. ( 2 kings/ sleeps up to 4 per room ). The second floor will sleep up to 16 at MAX occupancy. There is also a flat screen TV and sitting area on the second floor.
The third floor features 4 bedrooms, all bedrooms have full baths. The two gulf side master bedrooms each have one king bed per room and both have gulf front balconies. The two north bedrooms both feature 1 set of custom built in Queen over Queen bunks and Twin XL over Twin XL bunks. Each bunk room will sleep up to 6 and each has a private bathroom. There is also another TV and lounging area on the third floor in addition to a wet-bar in common area on third floor.
(CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation fee is 10% on base rate before fees, then between 120 to 179 days prior to scheduled arrival the first payment of 25% is non-refundable , and under 120 days prior to scheduled arrival all payments are nonrefundable. Trip insurance can be added during booking process for 6.9% if you think you might have to cancel. )

Cancellations that are made more than (180) days prior to the arrival date will incur a flat 10% cancellation penalty on the base rental amount before fees, but cancellations made less than (180) days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full 25% initial reservation payment. Cancellations or changes that are made within (120) days of the arrival date, will result in forfeiture of full payment. This includes the initial reservation payment, rent, taxes and fees.

When you can get a "WOW" from every person who entered the home - you know you knocked it out of the park! The home was not only decked out with beautiful pieces it was clean and functional. You thought of everything! Some of my favorites: little things like the circle bathroom window allowing a sneak peek to the beautiful ocean - Ice Machines - wet bars - private bathrooms – a guest bathroom - private balconies – dens on each level - thermostat for each floor - top-notch place! If you love luxury - this is for you.
Our family of 23 had a great time at this house. It had tons of room for everybody. Enough room for everybody to sit down to eat at the same time was a plus. The beds were comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home.
